Delivery pricing
Your delivery total = trip fee + per-item handling + any placement or stair charges.
Trip fee: starts at $30
The $30 minimum includes the first 5 route miles from the pickup store to your delivery address. Add $2 for each route mile beyond 5 miles.
Handling: charged per item
- Small item: no added handling fee
- Medium item: +$15 per item
- Large item: +$30 per item
Placement and stairs
- Room-of-choice placement: +$25
- Stairs: +$20 per flight
Oversized or two-person items, extra pickup stops, and unusual access needs receive a custom quote.
Example: one medium item, 10 route miles
- Trip minimum, including 5 miles: $30
- 5 additional miles at $2 per mile: $10
- One medium item's handling: $15
Delivery total: $55. With room-of-choice placement, the total is $80. Stair charges, if applicable, are additional.
